Not for the faint-hearted, but decent enough
The staff, incredibly friendly and helpful check-in process, not to mention our room was clean and had a pleasant smell, totally surprised me after hearing all those horror stories. And despite the overall tired look, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I brought my own pillow. But it turned out, not necessary here.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but acceptable considering the location.

Blimey, got to rave about the grub nearby! Crispy tempura at Miso Korean Restaurant and lush pad Thai from Tiien Thai had us drooling. Plus, the staff at The Manchester were proper friendly, making us feel welcome during our stay.
Now, for the dodgy bits – the hotel felt like it had seen better days, peeling wallpaper and squeaky floorboards galore! Location wise, it's a bit rough around the edges, but once we got settled, the room was surprisingly clean and comfy.

would come back for sure
The room was clean and pleasant, had a comfy bed and basic bathroom. It came with a kettle, towels, and wardrobe. The location was decent, close to the town. But the hotel really felt run down and some areas were confusing to navigate. The heating worked well, a plus on a chilly night.

The room was clean and comfortable, a relief compared to other places. The friendly staff made check-in efficient, and the location was convenient for exploring the town and beach. parking was a struggle due to limited spots and busy streets, and the overall condition of the hotel needs improvement, with some areas appearing dated. Dining options could also be enhanced.

Had a lovely 4-night stay where we really appreciated the comfy beds and the handy fridge in our double room. It was nice unwinding in the cozy lounge area after a day out, though the exterior could use some sprucing up. a solid spot to relax, just be ready for some minor fixes outside! 😊

I had a lovely time here, especially enjoying the clean, comfy bed and the hot shower after a long day. The garden area was perfect for relaxing, and the cozy TV room was a nice touch too. One thing to note is that some of the carpets could use a little TLC, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend escape in Bournemouth with decent value for money. The room was large for Bournemouth, which was a nice surprise. Make sure to check the parking situation ahead of time.
